Challenge
Mega-structures like the Mall of Asia in Bangalore are built for endless exploration, but their sheer scale frequently induces navigational friction and cognitive fatigue. Disjointed layout patterns, fragmented digital kiosks, and non-inclusive physical signage often lead to user disorientation, particularly challenging individuals with varying accessibility needs
Solution
I designed a unified, multi-layered spatial navigation system that seamlessly bridges physical signage with digital interaction.
